WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP YOU?
WELCOME and thank you for stopping by the Lake Shore Fire District website. In our quest to serve the citizens and visitors of Greece NY, we're happy to meet you on the Web, and hope you'll visit us often.
The Lake Shore Fire District is a combination fire district made up of both volunteer and career firefighters. We respond to fires, rescues, motor vehicle accidents and EMS services to our residents of the northern part of the Town of Greece along the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario since 1957.
Firefighters are a special breed of people and our community is protected by dedicated and committed firefighters who do a great job when called upon, regardless of the time of day to save lives and property which is done willingly and often without recognition.
Your feedback is encouraged, so that we can respond to our residents needs as we continue to improve the quality of our services to our community.
We are currently planning for any flooding emergency. Please know that:
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM OF ANY TYPE, CALL 911. NO PROBLEM IS TOO SMALL.
The Lake Shore Fire Department will respond to assess any situation.
No two calls are the same. No service calls are routine.
We will work with residents to find a solution to the problem.
Please feel free to monitor our FaceBook page, website, and tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov for updated information on conditions.
