LEGAL NOTICE
LAKE SHORE FIRE DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the following Resolution has been adopted by the Board of
Fire Commissioners of the Lake Shore Fire District on February 28, 2011 subject to a
Permissive Referendum.

RESOLVED, that the Lake Shore Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners does
hereby approve and direct the transfer of $135,792.50 from the General Truck Reserve
Fund of the Lake Shore Fire District into the Building Reserve Fund of the Lake Shore
Fire District for the purpose of enabling appropriate funding of the following building
authorization.
Further Resolved, that this Board of Fire Commissioners does hereby approve and
authorize the total project and expenditure from the Building Reserve Account of the
Fire district a total amount of $1,790,411.00 from the overall combined balance of the
Building Reserve Fund balance on hand after transfer, for the project and purpose of the
project of demolition, site environmental and construction preparation of the Fire Station
located at 545 Ling Road, Greece, New York. This is the site of the existing fire station
facility and land ownership of the Fire District on Ling Road known as Lake Shore
Company #2.

Resolved that the transfer of funds as indicated and the overall project expenditure of
$1,790,411.00 are hereby approved by this body, subject to a Permissive Referendum in
accordance with section 6G of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, and
in the absence of a referendum election, this Resolution will be effective 30 days after
the date of its adoption on February 28, 2011. The Combined Resolution Unanimously
Approved.

The Secretary of this Board is directed to publish a notice of this resolution in compliance
with the aforesaid Section 6G of General Municipal Law.
