LEGAL NOTICE

ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE LAKE SHORE FIRE DISTRICT

On December 13, 2011

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Election of the Lake Shore Fire District will take place on December 13, 2011 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Lake Shore Fire House located at  1 Long Pond Road, for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five (5) year term, commencing January 1, 2012 and ending December 31, 2016. All voters registered with the Monroe County Board of Elections on or Before November 21, 2011 shall be eligible to vote.

Candidates for District Office shall have filed their names with the Secretary of the Lake Shore Fire District, at the fire house at 1 Long Pond Road, no later than twenty days before the election, November 23, 2011.
